My practice has always been one where people of many different ages, ethnicities, faiths and traditions are welcome and respected.

Welcome to my website! Please take a few moments to look around and learn a little about me and my psychotherapy practice. If you would like to contact me or if you have further questions for me, I hope you will contact me by phone or through the Contact page on this site.
For psychotherapy to be most effective, it is important that the match between therapist and client is a good one. There are many methods of therapy and many styles practiced by therapists. As you look through my website I hope you will find answers to your questions about me and my practice.
I use the labyrinth for my logo because I find it to be an excellent representation of the work that I do. The process of psychotherapy is at its best an unfolding, sometimes covering familiar territory, but from a different perspective, or on a deeper level. The themes in our lives seem to reoccur, even when we do not see ourselves recreating what we say we do not want. Walking a labyrinth is a body experience of seeking the center, slowly, from a variety of directions, and seemingly indirectly. It is exactly the experience of moving toward the center that provides us with the richest moments of awareness and presence. |
